CBSE Class 10 Latest News & Updates 2020
Class 10 Exams Will be Held for Main Subjects Only
- A list of 6 subjects is prescribed by CBSE for Class 10 examination in North East Delhi that are necessary for promotion to Class 11. Exams will be held for these 6 subjects only.
- For the rest of the subjects, CBSE will announce the evaluation guidelines soon.
CBSE Postpones Class 10 Exams
- All the pending Class 10 Board Exams March 19 onwards are postponed due to the Corona Virus outbreak in the Nation.
- As the Prime Minister has directed for Nation-wide Lockdown, CBSE will be rescheduling the evaluation of papers and Class 10 annual examinations after 31 March 2020. The new date sheet is not out yet.
Online Classes Commence for New Students
- CBSE has also commenced online classrooms for students who will have entered Class 10 in the session 2020-2021.
- All the students are encouraged to study online and begin with their studies and take this as an opportunity to learn from home not a crisis.
